Mediation is a conference between two or more disputing parties moderated by a third party neutral in effort to resolve the dispute to the satisfaction of those involved. Upon completion individuals are certified as Qualified Mediators, and are able to provide all mediation services except for divorce and parent/child relationship resolutions.

IIa. Advanced Family Mediation* - Secular 28 $525.00
  Helps divorcing individuals face the expected changes in roles and duties with emotional balance. Assists children facing adverse or difficult situations get back on track. This program is available only after completion of the Basic Mediation segment. Upon completion individuals are certified as Qualified Mediators, and able to provide all mediation services including divorce, family services and the parent/child relationship.

III. How to Effectively Market & Manage Your Mediation Business $49.95
  A guide to developing an independent mediation business. Gives insight into policies and procedures, marketing and promotional endeavors, and in securing mediation services outlets and contacts.
 
IV. "Best of" Lectures / Mediation Vignettes $39.95
  Two (2) audio CD's providing 2 hours of recorded mediation sessions and results. Provided valuable information and coaching in the further understanding of mediation and refinement of processes.
 
V. Arbitration Certification* 40 $595.00
 

Arbitration involves an impartial third party responsible for collecting facts, weighting evidence and arriving at an appropriate decision given all the circumstances and evidential facts. Upon completion individuals are certified as Qualified Arbitrators, and able to provide all arbitration services.

VI. Centers for Conflict Resolution  
 

a. Center for Christian Reconciliation Program
Develop an outreach / mission for your community through your church by providing conflict resolution programs to your local community through trained mediators in your church.

b. Center for Law Enforcement Conflict Resolution Program
Program headed by Lowell Cannaday, retired Chief of Police of the Irving Police Department with over 38 years of law enforcement experience, designed to enhance law enforcement officers' conflict resolution skills.

c. Center for Healthcare Conflict Resolution Program
Program headed by Dr. Victor McCall, Radiologist, and is designed to resolve conflicts related to medical malpractice, insurance claims, patient conflicts, and all other medical related disputes.

d. Center for Women's Leadership Conflict Resolution Program
Program headed by Rose Cannaday, an expert in multi-media including television, including television, radio, and marketing. This program is designed to enhance conflict resolution skills for women in leadership roles.

e. Center for Equal Employment Opportunity Conflict Resolution Program
Program headed by attorney Wiley B. (Sonny) McAfee, J.D. , an expert in employment and law enforcement related issues. This program is designed to enhance the knowledge of EEOC laws and regulations for managers, supervisors, and corporate leaders.

VII. Corporate Conflict Resolution Development Program  
  This program is designed to give employees skills for conflict resolution in a corporate setting. The Corporate Conflict Resolution Development Program is an 8-Hour Certificate course, and is catered to the individual organization’s needs.
VIII. Peer Mediation Program  
  This program is designed to establish and implement a conflict resolution program for adolescents and teens in middle school and high school. The program is personalized to meet the needs of the individual school and students.
IX. Relationship Restoration Mediation  
  This program is designed to teach the experienced family mediator the skills needed to help couples who are in trouble attempt to work through marital problems which, without assistance, would lead to divorce.
