Professional Background

I am an experienced mediator and have a background in counseling and crisis intervention. The training I received in family and group dynamics has proven to be an invaluable tool in mediation. I currently teach a mediation worship at the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.

Mediation Experience

My experience in mediation has been varied. I have mediated everything financial disputes that were very antagonistic in nature, to divorce cases that were settled quickly and amicably. Mediation is a process that is always changing, and my job as mediator, is to be flexible in my approach. My style of mediation is geared toward the needs and personalities of the parties involved.

Training

I have a paralegal degree, which included alternative dispute resolution training, and family law. I have completed a 40-hour basic mediation training program and I am in the process of completing my advanced mediation training.

Education

Farimont State College - 2 years American Institute for Paralegal Studies - Graduated with Honors.

Hourly Rate

$50/hr per party
