Professional Background

I am an attorney that has focused my practice in the last ten years in ADR. I am a member of the AAA comercial panel of arbitrators. I have served as a Due Process Hearing Officer in special education as well as education employment matters. I have served as Review Officer for special education appeals for the KSDE.

Mediation Experience

Over 160 hours: Contract, Divorce, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Divorce, Child Custody, Medical, and Neighborhood disputes.

Training

I have over 250 hours of training on all forms of mediation. I have completed the three day transformative USPS training, a 40 hour course at CDR in Colorado on public policy mediation. I have also provided training on mediation for the last ten years including an on going course offered at Washburn University.
